Welcome to HappyBeing Yoga - Bringing Yoga to the Community

Happy Being provides Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes comprised of rhythmic, sequenced postures; static postures; breathing and meditation. We provide tailored yoga, exercise and wellbeing programs in a fun and casual atmosphere to educational, sporting and corporate environments as well as the general population.

What does your tomorrow look like? Do you want to exercise more, eat better, go to bed earlier or more generally develop better lifestyle habits. Yoga complements your positive lifestyle choices by supporting your intentions to be your best self. Yoga in essence, means 'union' of body, breath and mind. 

You may start in a yoga class with the aim to get fit, however you may just find that you gain a whole lot more! 

We invite you to try a Tuesday or Thursday morning casual class and discover for yourself what yoga can do for you.
