Beginners Yoga Course

Looking to start your yoga journey either for fitness or just to create some peace of mind? Our yoga for beginners is a perfect way to introduce yourself to the practice of yoga through breath and body awareness.
HappyBeing Yoga provides a safe and welcoming space for you to learn.
Over time, a regular practice of yoga builds mindfulness of what is happening inside as well as outside of oneself. Providing an opportunity to learn a discipline, which develops a solid foundation for life.
