Beginners Yoga Course

The Goal of Yoga
Looking to start your yoga journey either for fitness or just to create some peace of mind? Our yoga for beginners is a perfect way to introduce yourself to the practice of yoga through breath and body awareness.
HappyBeing Yoga provides a safe and welcoming space for you to learn.
​Over time, a regular practice of yoga builds mindfulness of what is happening inside as well as outside of oneself.  Providing an opportunity to learn a discipline, which develops a solid foundation for life.

Through yoga, you experience many benefits including: 
·         Better posture.
·         Develop clearer thinking and the facilitation of learning.
·         An increase in self-confidence and contributing to a positive self-image.
·         Bringing balance between mind and body enabling better decision making 
·         Yoga may reduce health problems and stress.
