Spice Secrets: Vegetarian Cooking with Jannin

If you have ever tasted Jannin's nutritious and delicious, vegetarian cooking -
you'll want to be part of this cooking event!
Spend an afternoon learning how to cook with traditional Sri Lankan and Indian spices.
This class will focus on flavour without heat so the whole family can enjoy. Not all the food prepared has chilli, but if you like a bit of heat of course we can do that too. Special attention will also be given to the therapeutic properties of each herb/spice that is used.
What to bring: BYO container to take some of the delicious food home. Pen and notebook for recipes and info.
