The Five tibetan rites

A playful alternative to a traditional home practice

Alternative Home Practice: Five Tibetan Rites

As you lay out your mat and prepare for your home practice be sure to create your yogic space. Maybe light a candle to enhance your practice environment, and use your oils for a sensory experience.

Be sure to let others in the house know not to disturb you. I know it can be difficult if you have little children (been there, done that!) I always set a clock and told my boys not to disturb me until the clock hands were at a certain time, or choose to do you practice first thing in the morning before the household rises. Do what works for you.

Aim to practice as often as you can. This sequence has been chosen as it can be completed in 10-15 minutes: Enough time to feel the benefits of your home practice, but short enough that it can be practiced daily.

You can download the PDF below.

Enjoy your home practice.

Namaste,

Jannin & Tess xx
