General Yoga
Happy Being Yoga Classes are conducted in a fun and casual atmosphere; classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. We will instruct and guide you; however you extend yourself as much as you choose to on the day. Practicing Yoga includes physical movements and postures, breathing techniques and safe and effective relaxation exercises.
